Today we made some fluffy pancakes and topped them with cooked apricots 🤤 We are so happy that apricot season is finally here, because we really like them, and they taste even better when cooked 😍 .
Recipe for around 10 pancakes:
• 120 g oat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 250 ml rice milk

Mix oats and bakig powder, then add rice milk and mix until you get a smooth batter. Let it rest for a few minutes, so it becomes thicker and then make pancakes. 🥞
Waffles 🧇✨
We were craving something sweet for dinner, so we made these delicious waffles for the whole family 😍
They are so perfect- soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside 🤤 We topped them with apricot jam, fruits, hazelnuts and almond butter and served on our new amazing plate from @matic.benet.ceramics 🤩
RECIPE (4 🧇)
• 320 g flour
• 360 ml rice milk
• 30 g maple syrup
• 15 g coconut oil
• 20 g baking powder
Mix flour and baking powder. Add rice milk, coconut oil and agave syrup and mix all together. Preheat waffle maker and bake waffle for 6 minutes. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy. ✨
